The WHO has many resources to help acclimate volunteers with the program. In addition to the following materials, we recommend that all volunteers attend one training session held at each WHO site every Sunday afternoon at 5:00 pm during the WHO season.

WHO Program Volunteer Application & Background Check
- The Background check request form needs to be filled out and given to the WHO team leader of your church – unless you are a volunteer unassociated with a particular church. In this case, please send the background check to the email address located at the bottom of the form.
- All volunteer applications and background checks must be renewed every two years
- The Confidentiality Form can be filled out at the location when you come in to volunteer unless you filled it out during the previous season.

Volunteer Shifts:
- 5:00 am – 7:00 am Monday through Friday, and
- 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm every day.
