Volunteer

As many of you know, the WHO will be operating this season without our usual volunteers. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Share staff will operate the shelter at St Andrew. You will be missed – but your help is still needed!

A warm evening meal is always appreciated. We’ve offered to provide 2 crock pot size meals per night to serve 30 guests. Meals can be delivered to the front entrance of St. Andrew between 6 and 6:30 pm. We ask everyone to wear a mask and sign in.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. This link will be updated by the 15th of each month.
Jan. 1 to Jan. 31, 2021, Meal Sign-up Dates & Times for St. Andrew WHO

You can bring the meal in a disposable container to save a trip or bring it in your crock pot.  You can pick up your clean crock pot a day or two later at 6 pm  or the 3rd Saturday of each month from 1 pm to 3 pm at St Andrew.

Support the WHO!

Although we are a volunteer-driven program, WHO incurs expenses for utilities, groceries, volunteer training materials, and salaries for professional case management staff. You can help with a tax-deductible donation to WHO. Just $28 meets our weekly costs for one guest. Gifts small or large truly make a difference. Thank you for your support of this vital ministry.
